BOOTCAMP #1

Funk Roberts Bootcamp #1 was a great on Saturday.
All the trainees worked hard and are sore in the right places.




We had Kettlebells for Strength, Calesthenics and Skipping for Endurance, Core Exercises for the Abs, Plyometrics for the Butt, Stretching the muscles and of course the Fat Cell Destruction Run at the end.
The perfect ingredient for a Grueling Bootcamp!





The Bootcamp Soldier of the Day was Alexandra Pegg
